Our Journey Through Time
2016
January 2016, Notonos was born.
Dr Suzi Chen started Notonos after 10 years of experience working as a medical researcher and project manager. Her scientific mind and experience with a diverse range of people at the hospitals, University and fire agency provided Suzi with a solid foundation to build Notonos.
The non-profit sector helped jumpstart Notonos, giving the boutique consultancy a great opportunity to contribute to the sector. Notonos continues to support the non-profit and social impact sectors today, often through in-kind and/or heavily discounted rates.
2017
Transformation project with the information technology and communications sector
Notonos began working with clients from the information technology and communications sector. In 2017, Notonos concluded a 14-month long Voice of Customer transformation project.
2018-2020
Expansion into the construction sector
Team Notonos expanded into Australian construction sector. Working with both volume and boutique builders, our transformation specialists helped clients build better by improving build process and quality. In 2020, Notonos set up Saltbox Building Solutions to offer dedicated service to its clients in the construction sector.
2020-2022 | COVID Time
Transforming cultures during pandemic
The pandemic saw many organisations using the “quiet time” to reflect and regroup. Notonos’ governance expertise was called on during this time to assist boards and executive leadership teams.
2022-Present
Transforming businesses through technology adoption
Since 2022, Notonos has been involved in large scale projects that transform businesses through digital transformation. In 2024, Notonos successfully executed a multi-milion dollar iniatitve, uplifting a health fund client’s contact centre capabiity.
